So December is upon us and yesterday we lit the first candle of advent.
I didn’t want to repeat the same things I wrote last year about Christmas in Denmark so here is a round up of previous Christmas posts. They are still relevant for this year especially the cooking ones so enjoy!
What I love about Copenhagen at Christmas and advent traditions
Christmas food – here are a few traditional things I cook (or eat) at Christmas – cookies, Sct Lucia bread, æbleskiver, Danish christmas dinner and a fab Christmas cook book to help you out with recipes.
Here are a few Christmas markets I visited last year that will also be taking place this year – Christiania, Nyhavn.
From tomorrow I shall be posting all new Advent and Christmas related posts but I hope you enjoy these ones from last year. There is always more going on for Christmas here than I can share on the blog so make sure you follow me on Instagram to see Copenhagen in all its Christmas finery.
This post reminds me of our wonderful Christmas holiday in CPH last year. Such great memories!
