In this video I get a little bit personal. Back in 2015 I had a serious cycle accident and since then I have suffered from chronic nerve pain.
Earlier this summer I decided to stop taking pain relief and I decided to start cycling again. As I faced these fears and challenges I decided to face some other ones. Spoiler alert : there is a happy ending.
I also show some footage of Kalvebod Fælled wetlands (also known as Amager Nature Centre) and Amager Strandpark so its not all chatter from me!
