It’s less than a week until Christmas and like most of this year it has come much quicker than it feels like it should. I still need to buy our Christmas tree to put up this weekend, which I shall tomorrow after I have joined the huge queue in the post office to collect more parcels. I don’t envy the post office staff this time of year! I didn’t know that ASOS delivered here until I saw about a million parcels stacked up ready for collection. How the internet has changed how we shop!

Everything else is in order for the big day, presents bought, food planned and a relaxing week ahead once my son finishes school. I have a new client who still needs things from me before Christmas but other than that it will be time to just enjoy the season.

I thought I’d share a few little decorations we already have up – I am a bit of a traditionalist and like the tree to be the final touch close to Christmas day- but its nice to have little touches here and there.I have no blog posts planned from next week until the New Year but I will be very busy over on Instagram! I will be sharing a few of my favourite posts over the next couple of weeks on my Facebook page so be sure to check that out and of course my weekend posts.
