We went to the Frilands Museum the exact same day last year but what a difference. Last year the leaves had already turned and it was a lot colder but this year we sat and ate an ice cream in the warm Autumn sun. Nonetheless it was a lovely autumnal day out in the country, which has now become an annual tradition for my son and me.
It is the perfect place to enjoy the countryside with no cars and is only about half an hour on the train from the centre of the city.
