Goals for May

Well, last month’s goals went well, I hope you like the new design and will take part in the readers’ survey, once I get it written, to let me know what you think about the blog in general. I hope to get this on here before the end of the month. This month’s goals are more must dos!IMG_5876May is a packed month for me. I am attending and helping out at The Hive – European Blogging Conference on 17th and 18th of May. There are still a few tickets left so if you are a blogger you should think about coming. It is going to be great, with amazing speakers such as Anne Faber and Tina Fussell as well as the support of some fantastic brands!

I have also agreed to teach the ladies at Craftenhagen how to make a few different paper flowers this month. I hope it goes well as it is a relatively new hobby for me – if you are interested in coming along you can sign up here and make a bouquet that never wilts.

On a personal note I am looking at potential schools for my son to go to and hopefully this time I won’t shame myself by spraying cola all over the admissions office. Luckily its not me attending the school!

Now the weather is getting warmer and hopefully a bit drier, I shall be tackling the renovation of my lovely old dressing table and two slightly dated (in colour) Ikea bedsides. I need to do this whilst we still live on the first floor as I plan to do this outside and I don’t fancy lugging them down three floors at the new place.

Finally we have just over a month until we get the keys to our very own apartment here in Copenhagen. I am so excited to finally have a place we can make our own and I have a lot of ideas, as you can imagine, just need to win the lottery to make them all a reality.

So what does May hold for you?

  1. Melanie, I love your Goal posts! *No pun intended. ;)* They encourage me to write down my goals too. So much better to have them narrowed into months, it helps them feel achievable. So excited about the Hive, be it a little nervous too. Good nervous with a few butterflies in my tummy. 🙂
