I decided this year to be a bit more natural on my door wreath. I bought the evergreen ring from the florist (I seemed to be a bit late on the scene as the mixed colour ones were sold out) and for the first time ever here I saw a little bunch of the spikiest holly ever, which I snapped up. I decided to go for a very Christmassy colour palette of dark green and red.I used a lot of traditional Danish decorations such as little red apples and red toadstools (considered to be good luck) plus some little cute birds. I then, for a bit of an English twist, added the beautiful red holly berries. It is a little more rustic than my usual wreath but I love the naturalness of it.
