I am delighted to have written the My City piece all about living in Copenhagen in the forthcoming issue of The Simple Things. The magazine is available from the 17th September. If you would like to read this great magazine (and my article) here are some ways you can get hold of it (print and digital), if you can’t get to a newsagents in the UK. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
In case The Simple Things is new to you, here is a bit about the magazine. I have been a subscriber since the first issue and really enjoy it.
‘The Simple Things celebrates the things that matter most. It’s about slowing down, enjoying what’s on your doorstep, making mindful choices, being curious, and gathering friends, family and the fruits of the land.
‘We like to grow our own vegetables, visit our local markets, rummage in thrift shops and decorate our homes with our plunder.
‘And we like to think that the small, simple things we do will make a difference in the long run.’
Dear Melanie,
congratulations! So excited to read your article 🙂 I love Copenhagen, it’s been a long time ago since I was there for the last time.
Hugs from Berlin,
Nina
