Today is the 100th anniversary of the famous Danish hot dog stand. As it this falls during lockdown (although I do believe they are still open), I show you how you can make your own traditional Danish hot dogs at home.
If you live outside Denmark you may find some of the ingredients hard to find in your usual supermarket/grocers. If you live in the UK you can get them from Scandikitchen (mail order or by going into the London shop close to Oxford Circus Tube Station)
