Wonderhagen giveaway -closed

I have been keeping my eye out for some exciting artwork for our new apartment. My son’s room will be much bigger and I wanted him to have some special pictures. I had seen Wonderhagen‘s work on line and when I saw their stall at Finderskeepers I decided to get a couple of the simple but gorgeous prints for our walls. My son is crazy about Lego so the Lego brick one was an obvious choice and as I am just as crazy about Tivoli, I plumped for the Tivoli day one for myself (I may have to add Tivoli night to it soon!).wonderhagen tivoli day 2

The artists at Wonderhagen are inspired by life around them and the posters predominantly depict strong Danish images such as the Lego brick and the liquorice pipe but also well known landmarks interpreted in a pop art style. I love the day and night take on places such as the Opera and Tivoli. The artwork is unpretentious and, I think, brings a smile to your face.wonderhagen red legoIf you love them as much as me, now is your chance to win one of your very own. I have teamed up with Wonderhagen to offer one reader a poster of their choice. All you have to do is pop over to the Wonderhagen website and decided which poster you would like to win, come back here and leave a comment below letting me know which one it is.

For extra chances to win you can like Wonderhagen on Instagram, like Dejlige Days on Instagram or like Wonderhagen on Facebook and leave a comment letting us know.

The competition will close at 12 noon (European time) on 9 May 2014 and I will draw a winner at random. The competition is open to all readers worldwide.

  1. What beautiful prints! It’s really difficult to choose a favourite. I think you’ve already chosen two of the best, but I have a soft spot for letters, so my favourite is the ‘Letter City’ one. Jenni x

  2. PS: I was already following you on Instagram 🙂 But I’m now following Wonderhagen on both channels too.

  3. This is a great giveaway! I like the Zoo day and night ones a lot – I’m “home”sick for frederiksberg- but my favorite is the Red Lego brick – it is such a great graphic and I love Lego!! Fingers crossed x
(Ps I liked Wonderhagen on Facebook and Your page on Instagram too!)

  4. Gotta love a giveaway! I like the Kobenhavn (green) poster and the green Lego poster – can I win both please? 😉 I already like you on Instagram but have liked Wonderhagen on Instagram too.

  5. I would love Tivoli Day as this would be a rely nice extra birthday present for my husband (9th May). It would also be the first Danish picture for our new apartment. I also have to confess that I leave to go overseas on his birthday so it would also be a nice sweetener…

  6. Hello Mel – this is the first time that I have ever attempted to interact on social media and all it took in the end was a potential freebie… Thanks for the chance to win. My favourite is hot air up. It’s nice and optimistic and, as I end my working week and start my very long weekend, that’s exactly how I feel 🙂

  7. I love them all! 🙂 It is difficult to choose, but my favourites are probably Operaen dag and specially Tivoli dag, for the good memories it brings! Would love to win and have one of these on my wall!
I am following you and Wonderhagen on Instagram 🙂

  8. I really like the Vor Frelsers Kirke evening print! Great giveaway Melanie 😉 And I have been following you in Instagram for a while now 🙂

  9. I like the Tivoli Day poster. I decided to learn Danish just for fun and to be able to watch Borgen without the subtitles; it’s not going so well, but I am really enjoying finding Danish blogs and making my house a place to be hygge… or is it do hygge?

  10. Hi! These prints are too much fun! My favorite is the Babushka. It would look lovely in my new apartment. I also “liked” on FB – Natalie Carlson Brown. Thank-you!

  11. Great minds–I really like the red brick print too, and know Oliver would love looking it at it every morning when he woke up 🙂 I’m also following both you and Wonderhagen on instagram. Fingers crossed!

  12. If I would win, I would like the Vor Frelsers Kirke poster. 🙂
    Thanks for the opportunity!
