On Saturday I was lucky enough to join the Instagramers Denmark walk around Carlsberg Brewery. It was an amazing experience as we were able to see parts of the brewery usually unseen. Since they stopped brewing at the site in 2008, many of the buildings are just waiting to be changed into new things. It is great to see them in their current state.

First was the stables, which of course are still very much functioning.

Secondly we were taken into the old cellars – somewhat creepy but fascinating.

Finally the old brewhouse which will soon be renovated to become the new visitors centre – a great choice for such a historic building. Thanks to Instagramers Denmark and Carlsberg Brewery for a wonderful experience.
