In this episode I take a relaxing and mindful walk on Amager Strand as the sunsets and night falls (at 4pm). This beach is only fifteen minutes by Metro from the centre of Copenhagen. I love that I live on a short walk from this beach. I hope you enjoy this peaceful video.
